If a roller is no longer active in the competition do to injury, bird of prey, or other factor, that pigeon will have a line through its photograph indicating it is no longer active. Check updates for information on active rollers.

​ COMPETITOR BIOGRAPHY: MITCH REED
STATE: OREGON
Mitch is 36 years old. He is married and has three young children ages eight, four and one. He is a Master Sergeant in the Oregon Army National Guard and works for the military full-time. He had pigeons as a kid and got back into them in 2003 when he got his rollers from Ivan Hanchett. He likes to compete with his rollers and if time allows, judge other regions' competitions. Mitch is making English style bands after getting band making equipment from his good friend Ron Swart who recently passed away in April 2013. As an additional competition and to promote his bands, Mitch will give $100.00 to the owners of each of the top five birds in the futurity that are wearing one of the bands he made regardless of the overall placing of the birds.
